I am a big fan of Pinterest as it is a great source of inspiration. I found many pictures of beautiful interiors with velvet furniture. “Le velours” in french is an elegant, warm material. It has been “off” for a while but it is now “in” as we can see it not only at home but also at the restaurant!
Enjoy the pictures (all from Pinterest) and “bon dimanche”!
Here below are some pictures of my kitchen shelf that I decorated with a touch of traditional look with glass jars, tree bowls and a touch of industrial look with stainless steel thermo coffee and other kitchen “stuff”. I would like to make some changes….
So I ‘ve found some great inspiration from Pinterest and would like to share my favourite kitchen “shelfies”!!!!!
I just can’t stop looking at the pictures of this beautiful apartment located in Lyon, the city where I studied, worked and used to live. I found the pictures on the website of Maison Hand, French architects and interior decorators. You can see more of their work by visiting their website http://www.maison-hand.com/. In my opinion they are very good at creating cosy, personal, harmonious homes with a touch of “chicness and elegance”. I will start a series of posts regarding the elements of a frenchic home so stay tuned and enjoy the pictures!
