During the weekend I love to start my day by enjoying a cup of coffee and reading newspapers or magazines. There is no rush (generally!) and in the summer I really like the morning sun. So I would like to share my reading from this morning by showing you some photos of two beautiful Parisian apartments “illuminated by a ray of light”!
The first apartment is owned by Mariu de Andreis, founder of Zef, a baby fashion brand. I love the floor, the furniture… well basically everything!
Pictures come from the french magazine Ideat.
Le premier appartement apprartient à Mariu de Andreis, la fondatrice de la marque pour enfants Zef. J’aime beaucoup le parquet, les meubles…vraiment très chic! Toutes les photos proviennent du magazine Ideat.
The second one is the home of a Parisian couple and is located in the nice area of “Saint-Sulpice”. I am in love with the kitchen!
Pictures are from the french magazine Milk decoration.
Le second appartement appartient à un couple parisien et est situé dans le beau quartier Saint-Sulpice. La cuisine est magnifique!
Les photos sont issues du magazine Milk decoration.
When I was in Lyon last month I spent a lot of time reading in my parent’s beautiful garden. I had the last issue of Elle decoration UK with me and I got obsessed with a beautiful Swedish apartment. What I particularly like about this apartment is all the colours used on the walls.
I like the purple colours of the furniture in the living room….
and the frames standing on the cupboard….
I like the brown/grey shade used in the kitchen….
but also this stone blue colour in the bedroom.
I have just discovered the City Guide of Paris from Cereal and I love it. The pictures are magnificent, not too much “bla bla”, perfectly simple and elegant.
I will definitely get their City Guide of Copenhagen, a city I lived some years ago and which is in my opinion one of the best European city!
As I am dreaming of moving to a house (and I really hope it will happen soon!) where there will be plenty of space to an atelier, a garden with hortensias like the ones on the pictures here below, a guest room, etc….let me show you a beautiful house in Los Angeles. (The article is from the last number of french magazine CAMPAGNE DECORATION)
The house is actually owned by a Swedish couple and is located in Los Feliz, a nice area of Los Angeles. The house has a Spanish colonial style which makes it very very charming.
I love the contrast between the white walls of the house and the black windows. The pink bougainvillea surrounding the pergolas matches the house very well.
Have a very nice weekend!
